She made her Olympic debut at the 2002 Winter Games, where she placed just off the podium (4th), and has won numerous international medals including two world silver medals. Her 2006 season was her best to date. She won her first U.S. national title, an Olympic silver medal in Torino, Italy, and ended the season with a bronze medal at the world championships in Calgary
